Interesting ice cream or sorbet recipes

Looking for inspiration for the summer holidays with our ice cream maker. We usually make the usual. .. vanilla, soft fruit or chocolate. Just looking for some interesting suggestions for alternatives.

My mum makes brown bread ice cream - sounds horrid but is absolutely divine

I love brown bread icecream. I put rum in it too

Limoncello iceycream ...I also add some lemon zest

and I keep meaning to try Nigella's coffee icecream too, but never seem to get around to it. Coffee icecream here

because of the sugar and alcohol in the last two you really do not need an icecream maker, so even easier!
