Use up a few green peppers

I've got 4 small green peppers which need used up today. I don't really like green peppers but we have them and I'd rather find a way to eat them than throw them out! I'm struggling to find any nice recipes online for a lot of green peppers. Have found a few recipes which call for one but obviously we have 4. Any ideas? or are green peppers just as foul as I originally thought which is why there are no recipes for them?

Just chop them and freeze them and bung them into a chilli next time you make one.

Use in fajitas/chilli?
Blend into a pasta sauce

I add them into chilli.

Stuff them ? If you google 'stuffed green peppers' there are a lot of recipes. Top with some strong cheese that will mask the taste of the peppers.
And no they are not foul they are very tasty

I do like peppers btw, just not the underripe green ones .

Have bought some chicken for fajitas. The peppers will be plentiful, as will the cheese and spices!

We use them in chinese style veg curry using the Mayflower sauce
