Southern US recipe book?

Can anyone recommend one? I'm a bit obsessed with Southern cooking at the moment!

Not sure how authentically southern her food is but thepioneerwoman.com is a blog by a woman on a ranch in Oklahoma. Very cowboy type stuff with so e tex-mex. She has produced various books but the best thing is you can try out her recipes on the blog before/instead of buying a book.

Deep South by Brad McDonald. Such a beautiful book I'm so glad I bought it. The desserts are amazing too.

Any cookbook put out by Southern Living magazine is going to be good

Anything Paula Deen - she has a really good website too so maybe check that out before deciding if you want to buy
