Give me your recipes for best ever pizza sauce

You know, the red stuff you put on pizza before you put the toppings on. Anyone got any secret family recipes that are to die for?

the secret is to use passata and not canned tomatoes
reduce it with sugar, a little balsamic vinegar and oregan and salt and pepper until very thick
