Don't eat meat but love fish. No allergies.
I have never really eaten very healthy, I tend to eat whatever's to hand and quick. Id really like to start looking after myself but I don't really know where to start! I know that I should eat fruit and veg and oily fish and drink water. I've just never really planned my meals to make sure I'm getting everything I need 
This is a plea to anyone who would be able to educate me and maybe help me put together a starting plan, I'm thinking if I can get a full weeks meals planned then I'll suddenly be inspired! I really do want to change my eating habits for my health.
