Left over puff pastry

I've got half a packet of ready rolled puff pastry left.
Any tips on how I use it?

Lay it out, fold in the edges about 1 cm to form a ridge all round.
Spread with pesto
Add halved baby tomatoes or a tin of baby tomatoes.
Bit of cheese/olives/mushrooms or similar
Bake for 25 mins

Roll it out and spread with jam/choc spread/ lemon curd, fold like a turnover and cook, a nice sweet desert!

I always do caramelised onion and cheese but basically whatever we have in the house works!

Roll out flats, grate on cheese, roll like a Swiss roll and cut into 3cm slices
Lay flat and bake and enjoy putting on weight :o
