Hi everyone! - I am wanting to bake a 10" round 'moist' Chocolate Fudge Cake. I have a 10" round x 3" deep spring form tin. I need it to rise quite high. Someone told me to use vegetable oil to keep it 'moist' and I was wondering if there are anyone out there who can advise me. I also need to make the buttercream filling and topping so any recipes and advice would be really appreciated. - Thanks Folks!

allrecipes.com/recipe/17528/extreme-chocolate-cake/ This is my favourite chocolate cAke recipe. Beware the batter is very thing but it comes out super moist and yummy, not necessarily fudge though but very chocolatey.
Interms of icing I just use chocolate ganache as it's easier.

I can recommend Nigella's recipe - it's very nice indeed

Yep I came here to recommend nigella's too. The ingredients are quite expensive, but it is amazing!

I use the "ultimate chocolate cake" recipe from the bbc good food page

Soo chocolates and moist. Every time I've made it I get loads of compliments
