I have a jar of these in the fridge. It says on the label : refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. They have been in there a couple of months - no mould or scum on the brine, smell fine. Are they still ok to use. I usually use ones from a persian shop that just say keep refrigerated and seem to last forever.

Thanks

I bet they are fine - I have a jar (not belazu but same stuff) that is over 2years old and I still use.

Used them. We are fine. Makes sense they would be ok given the amount of salt and lemon juice they are brined in. Hate the way so many expensive products have a really short use within date these days
