can I cook with frozen raw mince then re-freeze it to eat later?

I thought you could only freeze things once but would be happy if someone can put me right.TIA

I do this frequently - is ok if you refreeze in a different state ie raw first time, cooked second time.

you can certainly defrost mince, cook it and then freeze the leftovers - no worries about that at all.
