For when you've had a big breakfast/going to have a big supper/no ones all that hungry/can't be bothered etc? I'm stuck in a real rut.
Mine generally are courgette carbonara or something pasta based, tomato sauce, pesto from the freezer etc. Baked sweet or normal potato with cheese on top and veg on the side. Hummus and pitta and veg.
