making yogurt

I have an easy-yo maker but don't want to buy the sachets. Last year I made yogurt with UHT milk and milk powder.

I've lost the instructions and can't find the website.

Any ideas how I do it. (I'd like to do soya yogurt too if anyone has recipe)

I am guessing you could just substitute the UHT milk for soya milk but I haven't tried it so not sure. HTH
