Has anyone got the ADHD and Autism Cookbook and what do they think of it?

Hello all
My DS has ADHD and i was wondering if anyone has bought the ADHD and Autism gluten free and milk free cookbook.
I would just like to know if it is worth me buying it but i thought i would ask here first to see if anyone has got it and what they think of it.
Has anyone got any great recipes that they give their children with ADHD if so could they let me know?

dont have any personnel experience with adhd or autism but i have read alot about specific foods to help , a cook book would be good but also i found alot of info on the web with regards to diet ect. I would also be carefull not to cut out food groups like diary and wheat without fully researching the effects.
