Need a recipe for Coleslaw and potato salad

Any one got one for the above things?

I make potato salad by

boil new potatoes, chop into cubes to cool, put salt and pepper over them.

Mix in a bowl some mayonnaise, chopped spring onions and/or chives, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Whisk it all up till it tastes good and mix with the cooled potatoes. Refrigerate.

Or you can add mustard instead of the balsamic vinegar if you prefer the taste

loads of lemon juice on spuds

and water down the mayo on the cole slaw - make it less cloying

My Mum does a nice coleslaw with shredded cabbage, carrot, chopped apples and walnuts and the dressing is mayo and plain yogurt mixed with salt and pepper. I think that's the recipe - she's on hols at the moment so can't check but pretty sure that's it!

I just boil new potatoes and stir in creme fraiche with herbs/chives when cooled. Then sprinkle fresh chopped chives or parsley on top to serve.
