My (mega super skinny string bean) 9 year old ds has had:
Breakfast - 2 Weetabix, milk, strawberries, grapes
Snack - Banana, flapjack, grapes
Lunch - Chicken sandwich on wholemeal, apple, yogurt
Snack - Carrot sticks with hummus
Tea - 1 wholemeal pitta with chicken chunks, pineapple, salad
Very active and a very healthy eater 😁 (luckily).
