Leftover sausage casserole

There isn't enough left to eat on it's own but it's too good to throw away. It's vegetarian sausages if that's relevant and in a tomatoey sauce, not gravy based. Any ideas what to do with it or serve it with?

Cut it up and make it into a pasta sauce.

Or cut it up and serve as a jacket potato topping, with lots of cheese.

Put mashed potato over it and serve it as a variation on shepherds pie.

Get some pastry and make mini pies in a muffin tray.

Or freehand pasty style.

I will go with either the shepherds pie or the pasta sauce idea I think. Will see what the general consensus is. Thanks for the help. It was much -needed!

Oh I like the pastry idea but wont be able to get down to a shop and don't have the ingredients in to make any. Will bear in mind for the future though.

Add broccoli and chilli for a great pasta sauce.
