I took some uncooked fish and uncooked prawns out of the freezer this afternoon to defrost on the side, with the intention to cook them tonight.
However plans have changed and I won't be cooking them until lunchtime tomorrow. I've just put them in the fridge - they are defrosted but cold - I'm not going to give anyone food poisoning with them, am I?
