hi i cooked mince yesterday and made sheperds pie... i fully cooked the mince im 100% sure that i did. so today i put it in the oven to cook. when done some of the mince looked pink. like its not been cooked. but as i said im 100% sure i fully cooked the mince. so why would bits of it be pink.
