pork and flour tortillas...need inspiration!

Right, I have some nice looking pork steak things and a pile of flour tortillas. I have a good selection of herbs and spices and some greek yogurt. What saucy/wrapup thing can I do with the pork? I also have some rocket I think so could saladify it. ANyone got any fab ideas? thanks all!

I think pineapple goes with pork - do you have any pineapple?

oh bum, sadly not ...

we call anything wrapped up in a tortilla 'fajitas', so if I were you I'd cut the pork into strips, marinade in the yoghurt, then stir fry with onion / garlic and some veg - mushrooms are always good but peppers would would work as well - with some smoked paprika and a bit of chilli.

Then put a couple of spoonfuls on a tortilla, top with rocket, drizzle with yoghurt, roll up and scoff.

what bout something like this??

oooh am liking both ideas, thank you laydees! I think I will do a mix of both and I even think I have some schwarma seasoning in the cupboard so I can marinade in that, roll up with the onion and I think I have peppers, and I have some tahini so can make some yogurty tahini garlicy sauce.
