I'm a bit useless when it comes to poultry unless it's on the bone so I'm in need of help!

Something with rice would be nice but I'm open to any suggestions please?

I marinade them in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper for a few hours. Then cook them on a griddle pan.

I usually serve them with mixed roast vegetables. And a dollop of mustard.

A very simple dish but surprisingly tasty.

I pound them thin and fry them Milanese.

Put a safe leaf on top of them, wrap in Parma ham, dredge in seasoned flour and pan fry. I serve with risotto (either saffron on Spring veg) and rocket salad

We marinade in equal parts balsamic, soy sauce and honey then chuck in a wok and boil like hell until thick and gloopy Grin

Spread with pesto and grill or bake. Have with chips, wedges, grilled cherry toms, roast veg, sweetcorn, whatever.

If you have any leftover curry paste then smear them with that, leave in the fridge for an hour or two, then grill/bake/fry until ready. Add chips & salad - done.

Turkey parmo.

Cover in egg, flour and Panko/breadcrumbs. Bake.
5-10 mins before it's finished, top with tomato paste & loads of cheese and put it back in the oven.
