favourite salad?

I'm having more salads for lunch as the weathers nice and I was wondering what everyone's favourite was?

Today I had:

Mixed leaves, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, leftover roast chicken, some cheese cut up small, a few cashews and some grapes. Tsp of pesto drizzled over and a spoon of hummus on the side with a toasted wholemeal pitta.

I usually just make it up but wanted some new ideas.

Our packed lunches have been transformed since we discovered the book "Salad Love" by David Benz.

The great thing about it is that as well as lots of recipes it gives a sort of formula for a salad. So after a while you can use his ideas and then adapt them to suit what you have and what you like.
