Hi All,
I am a PhD student doing a college project on adding omega 3 to the diet, through meat which is enriched with omega 3 (by feeding it more nutritious stuff) rather than having to take additional supplements.
I was just wondering if any of you lovely mums could give me your opinion on this, have you heard of it or would it be something you're interested in?
