Hi all,
I'm due to go in for a c section in a few weeks, so I want to prepare some food and freeze it before I do, so we can still have good food.
Does any one have any good recipes?
Only allergy is to onions.
And needs to be easy enough for my husband to cook after freezing.
TIA

Most things freeze very well IMO and then your DH just needs to get it out the freezer to defrost in the morning then by the evening will be defrosted and you can just pop in the microwave to re heat.
Just leave the onion out of the following recipes.

Chilli www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3228/chilli-con-carne

Spag Bol www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1502640/the-best-spaghetti-bolognes

Veg pasta bake www.nigella.com/recipes/members/cshankars-my-mum-s-veggie-pasta-bake

Lasagne

Also have things like tuna/ beans in the cupboard and then you could also have jacket potatoes as quick meals as well.

When I had ds last year I batched cook freezer meals, we lived on the, for the first 2 weeks.
