How long will uncooked lasagne keep in the fridge?

I've made two batches of lasagne and wondering how long it will stay well in the fridge for? It's uncooked. Thanks

I find that uncooked lasagne sheets curl when I don't cook immediately. If you know a way round this please share as it's my huge gripe about lasagne, having to cook it right away.
