Dairy-free flapjacks.

What's the best butter substitute in flapjacks? I'm hoping someone has tried out the different options already and found out which is best...

I've never used butter in my flapjacks! I just use golden syrup If the mix is dry I add 2 tbs of almond milk.

I've used the Pure spreads - the soya one is ok. I tend to add a bit of vanilla or mixed spice, to make up for the lack of buttery flavour, works well

Agree Pure Spreads, either flavour.
