made a recipe I found called spicy noodles,

stir fry favourite veges or frozen stir fry vege mix in sesame oil, add packet of fresh udon noodles. Fry a couple more minutes. Add sauce (equal amounts soy sauce and sweet chilli) and fry until reduced and thickened. YUM YUM YUM. (It had about a million veges in it and he ate the lot.)

Add your favourites...

Mainate chicken legs, thighs or whatever you have with Jamaican curry powder for a few hours, roll in flour, fry in olive oil to crisps the outside and then bake in oven until done. DTS (2yo10months) love this.

Also, I make chicken curry using Jamaican curry powder and they always asks for seconds[smug emoticon].

Again, marinate chicken with curry powder plus onion, garlic and flour for few hours, stir fry using sunflower oil, add one diced potato, diced carrot, generous amount of thyme, water, bring to boil and leave to simmer for a couple of hours.

two tins of tomatoes
teapoon of sugar
clove of garlic chopped
on tins worth of water

simmer for half an hour, blitz with hand blender then either serve as soup or pasta/rice sauce with grated cheese.

'one tins worth of water'
NOT 'on tins worth of water'

One to make the arteries clang

Fry some cubed bacon in butter, onions to soften, then flour to make a roux. Mix well and gradually add milk until you have a smooth sauce. Then plenty of strong grated cheese and black pepper. Serve with pasta and a heart surgeon.
