Recipe to use up los of milk chocolate

Due to a slight miscalculation I have ended up with about 1kg of aldi dairyfine milk chocolate. All my recipes use dark chocolate and I think they taste better for it.

Has anyone got any good milk chocolate recipes that don't just taste like you ran out of dark chocolate?

Rice pudding with cream

Brownie recipes are usually melted milk chocolate.This is a US recipe but gives UK quantities as well.

If you google "using up leftover Easter eggs" you will find lots of recipes.

Also, the BBC good food site has some recipes for using up surplus milk chocolate.
