Can i buy 'Sammalt hvete grovt /fint' in England?

Help, mners from Nordic countries!

I want to try to make a bread called kneip but im not sure what the English translation is of the flour mentioned in the title! Is it wholewheat flour? What's the difference between grovt and fint? And can it be bought in the UK?

Not an expert on cooking but I would say grovt is roughly ground and fint is finely ground. Yes wholewheat.
