I've made some marmalade flapjacks and I've either not compressed them enough before they went in the oven, or I haven't cooked them long enough, because they're falling to pieces - they're delicious but really difficult to eat (I may or may not have just crammed one into my mouth whole as it started to slip through my fingers when trying to transfer it into the biscuit tin...
)
Is there any way to salvage them or any ideas of what I could use them as instead?
