Sugar-free (ish) brownies

I've got this recipe for brownies:

145 g unsalted butter
250 g granulated sugar
65 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 rounded teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
70 g all-purpose flour
75 g chopped walnuts or pecans

I'm thinking of swapping the cocoa powder for cacao powder, weight for weight. And swapping the flour for almond flour or coconut flour, also weight for weight.

But I'm stuck on the sugar. Ideally I'd like to use Stevia instead, but have no idea on quantity. Any ideas please? I want to avoid using dates for sweetness as I've experimented with them before and didn't like the results.

And will I need any baking powder?

Thanks in advance.
