What could I do with them? My youngest won't eat them fresh but is happy to eat them baked in something or disguised somehow, any ideas?

Simmer down to make blueberry sauce for icecream, cheesecake or yoghurt?

They freeze well if you have an awful lot.

I'd put some in a lemon drizzle cake.

That frangipani tart looks fantastic.

That tart does look lovely, I may do that next time.

I simmered them down and did pancakes for pudding with blueberry sauce. Still have a fair amount left but I think I will chuck them in some muffins tomorrow.

Delia's blueberry muffin cake. Tis lush.

How can you have too many blueberries?? I have to hide them in this house, because the dcs eat them like sweets. Send them here!

I make a lovely blueberry and applie crumble with oats in the crumble. It's best with loads of blueberries, so ideal if you have too many.

I also make American style pancakes and put loads of blueberries in the batter before frying- delicious!

Blueberry muffins are good too.

We have them in porridge. Not very disguised, but they do make the porridge purple. If you like purple porridge.

Does not compute. Cannot have too many blueberries.

We adore that cake.... Both my kids wolf it down and i do too. Which is odd as I don't like either peach or blueberry....

The Australian Women's Weekly has a great book called Bake and Cook with Kids with a delicious recipe for banana and blueberry bread.. the only way I like banana bread!
