ideas for leg of lamb

Have done a super delicious leg of lamb. We have had it roast style for supper tonight but need more ideas of what to do with it. I've got

lamb massaman
lamb pilaf
lamb wraps with lots of lovely middle eastern bits and pieces
lamb ragu
lamb stew with borlotti beans
shepherds pie
less keen on these last two in the heat!

Any other suggestions?

Lamb tagine or Greek style?

I love using it up in a really gingery, chilli and herby stir fry, fry it up nice and crispy first. Pile on to rice or couscous and put minty yoghurt on top.

I cook lamb mainly for stir frying the leftovers.

I did this with a shoulder recently, I'd think you could use leg for the dishes instead.
