I made tiramisu!
An achievement on its own i think, but as a bonus it turned out absolutely amazing!
I love tiramisu and sticking some biscuits and mascarpone together doesn't do it for me, so decided to try the italian way of making a zabaglione first (plus i learned a new word
).
That's basically cooking the egg yolks over double boiler and whisking them. Them mascarpone and double cream with some sherry.
Added coffee liquor too and baked my own ladyfingers (sounds like boasting... And it is
)
