Anyone made smoked salmon frittata canapés?

I really fancied this recipe for them but the recipe rating is really low so am wondering why & am somewhat put off. The website doesn't seem to have a comments section so I can't see the potential issues. Maybe people just click to say they don't fancy it!

Anyway, have you tried this or anything similar & would you recommend?

I have, but not following this recipie. I've also made them with feta instead of the salmon. They were delicious and kept for a few days in the fridge.

I do t follow one Shock as I'm actually a rubbish cook! I read about low carb muffins and so DP and I just experimented with a tray that made 12 muffins. Always used roughly 6 eggs and quite a lot of chives. Sometimes, instead of feta or salmon we put a dollop of ratatouille in instead. Then baked in the fan oven at 160 for about 30 mins. I prefer them cold so left for a few hours.

If I found it easy, then
anyone else will be fine making them. Never had a bad batch.

I like them made with a slice of ham on the outside, no salmon obviously.
