Does anyone know of a packet cake mix that would be lactose and dairy free? Lazy I know but cant bake for toffee and I think I heard some supermarket basics were suitable..but any advice appreciated xx

If something is dairy free, that surely means it's also lactose free....lactose is a sugar which is found within milk.

Tesco has loads of different dairy free mixes available...read the ingredients. If the instructions say to add milk then simply add a milk substitute instead.
