Portobello mushrooms?

In a bid to be slightly more healthy I've recently been eating these on occasions instead of potatoes etc. I really like them but tend to find they are quite soggy on the bottom and lots of grey liquids comes out on the plate! Ive just been cooking in oven for ten mins. Any tips?

Cook on a rack not a tray!

Cooking them on a griddle pan - or on a George Forman - also give good results
