Frozen fresh lasagna

So I made a lasagna and had enough ingredients left over to make another to freeze.

I constructed (I used dried uncooked lasagna sheets) and popped it straight into the freezer.

My question is this, what do I when I want to make it.....do I defrost and then cook or put it straight into the oven and cook for longer?

I would defrost then cook.... Purely because I've never frozen uncooked pasta before!! And I'm a bit weird about cooking things straight from the freezer Confused

I also tend to defrost before cooking/ reheating food. I just feel safer doing it tbh
