Able and Cole veg boxes

Evening,
does anyone use this company? Could you let me know roughly how much veg is actually sent in which size box please? like, how many bananas/ tomatoes/potatoes etc. They have an offer on- 50% off first order.

I got the small keen cook's box for a while - 9 different fruit/veg though portions were quite small e.g 2/3 beetroot, 3/4 apples or oranges, a single pepper, half a small cabbage, a vine of say 15 or so cherry tomatoes, 4 or so bananas, a single fennel bulb.

thanks for that, gives me something to work off deciding which box to choose.
