Could anyone do me a favour and tell the Dinner lady chicken curry recipe?

I would like to make this for a friend of mine as i know she really likes it and don't have the book. If anyone has time could they post the ingredients and brief method?

225g carrots - diced small
225g onions - roughly diced
1 garlic clove - finely chopped
225g eating apples - peeled, cored and diced
1 tbs lemon juice (for apples so don't go brown)
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs mild curry powder
2 ts turmeric
450g diced chicken
25g plain flour
600ml water
55g sultanas
1 tbs mango chutney

Fry onions in olive oil until soft, add garlic, carrot, curry powder and turmeric and cook for 10 mins. Add chicken and cook for 5 mins. Mix flour and water together until smooth, sieve into mixture, stir, cover and cook 30-35 mins. During last 10 mins add apples, sultanas and chutney and mix in.
