We are doing ok! We went to zizzi's for lunch today as they have a vegan menu and she had a pizza which she said was lovely.
Tonight she had tofu pieces stir fried with some veg and Passata and some rice!
I found Pure spread so bought that today and some soya Icecream which she enjoyed!
Still no luck on the cheese front yet. Her pizza had vegan mozzarella on it, but there is nothing in the supermarkets!

Is there a Vegan board/support thread anywhere?

There's a thread that almost becomes a zombie, someone posts and reserects its every so often then it nearly dies again!

In the ethical living section

I find Sainsburys great for labelling and also for vegan red wine (own brand, winemaker's selection).

I batch-cook; rest of family is omni so they add meat/cheese to a vegan base meal, as it were! I take a lot of my own food with me for lunches etc, but otherwise there are 2 vegan options in M&S (hummus and nut salad, butternut squash salad) and a brand called 'Bol' which has a few heatable options (microwave lunches). Pret has a falafel salad choice and is steadily increasing its vegan options. itsu is ok but not as good as you'd hope - minimal hot vegan options.

Surprisingly, there are 3 suitable lunch options in Wetherspoons Grin - superfood pasta, another pasta, sweet potato curry. Wagamamas is also good if you don't mind cross-contamination risk.

A good vegan cheese is the holy grail.....
