glazing pie what to do with leftover egg?

I always end up with a load of egg glaze left and scrambled egg with my pie just isn't right. And it doesn't keep (I don't think) so what do you do with yours?

I put mine back in the fridge, full of intentions to do something with it, and then chuck it out next time I clear the fridge.

usually not enough to do anything much with and it doesn't keep long.

I tend to use milk instead so I only pour out a little drop then I'm not wasting anything

Just use a splash of milk, then no waste.

Have something eggy (omlette/fritatta/foo yung, carbonara) the following day and use it in that.

I make it into a little egg roll and bung it in one of the kids lunch boxes the next day.

I give it to the dog - he's always grateful!
