... to a Thai green curry, that is the question.

(Shiitake or standard, either is an option.)

Mumsnet jury, I await your response!

I say no!

DramaAlpaca · 14/04/2016 10:48

I say no too.

Ninjagogo · 14/04/2016 10:49

Nope, save the mushrooms for amazing mushrooms on toast tomorrow!

CaptainWarbeck · 14/04/2016 10:55

Nah, not a fan of mushrooms in curry. They go all slimy!

MrsWembley · 14/04/2016 14:17

Oh, okay... Grin

The answer is always yes! Add mushrooms to everything.

whois · 14/04/2016 14:53

No, they go slimy like CaptainWarbeck says.

Do them tomorrow with a poached duck egg and so-do toast.

SharingMichelle · 14/04/2016 14:56

ALWAYS MUSHROOMS.

Sparklycat is correct.

Pantah630 · 14/04/2016 14:57

We have an always mushrooms rule in this house, except in curry as they go slimy and lose all flavour.

MrsWembley · 14/04/2016 19:41

Yes, I would usually agree with the mushrooms with everything rule, but, looking at many green curry recipes, I only found one that said to do it...
