I started this on Easter Sunday, it was £5.30 from the reduced aisle of Co-Op.

Greek mezze meak for Easter

The dishes are the lamb, baked feta, toasted pitta, artichoke and cream cheese dip, beetroot, mushrooms a la greque, olives, slow cooked aubergine, pickled anchovies, hummus, roast red peppers and cherry toms.

Curries and pickles.

The dishes are potato and nut salad with yoghurt mint dressing, aubergine pickle, crispy onions, chilli chutney, sambal eggs, coconut paneer and peas, lamb and tomato rogan Josh

Lamb would never last that long in my house!

The Chinese dishes are the lamb skin, fried rice, sweet chilli and sesame tofu, prawns with ginger and spring onions, won tons and spring rolls and curry sauce noodles.

I think this is my best one yet, or at least my favourite.
The crispy lamb skin was one of the best things I've eaten all year.
Umbongo, I portion it up and freeze ASAP or it would suspiciously disappear to dd's room
