well that's about it really. my little one is starting at the childminder next week and the cm has requested that we provide food until she is eating proper meals. i have no idea at all what to send, given that i'll have to prepare the night before at the latest and it'll have to stay appetising until the following day. we are bringing her up as a vegetarian. does anyone have any suggestions for quick, appetising, long-lasting meals for a young baby?
thanks

she can have 'proper meals' have a look at babyledweaning.com for some ideas. what does the childminder make for her other mindees?

well at the mo she will only have my tiddler during the day although she's hoping to have another child at some point soon. it think it was when we said we were veg that she thought she wouldn't risk it. i don't mind providing the food as then i know it will be veg etc. but just haven't a clue what to send!

What about sending a couple of bags of different frozen purees in icecube form and letting the CM defrost them each day? Just whatever you would normally give her for for lunch at home.
