Dear All, I have been experimenting in the kitchen but my chocolate chip biscuits never turn out akin to the likes of maryland or other crunchy munchy cookies. Does anyone have a recipe that is similar? Ditto for malted milks. I have tried various recipes for the latter but they either come out too chewy, soft or not really tasting of malt at all, despite using malt extract!
