Rare roast beef, any good for sandwiches?

I made roast beef tonight and it was very rare (not much of a problem as I like it like that), however there is some left over. Is it a health risk to use it tomorrow in sandwiches?

TIA

Eww, no it will be fine.

Oh, fantastic, we don't normally have leftovers of roast beef. Looks like a half decent lunch tomorrow!

Thanks.

Oh , um, I cannot possibly let you risk it, especially not smothered in salt and black pepper. Send it to me instead.

Ooooh, you lot are making me want to go and do a 'nigella' now. I want to fridge raid, stick a big wodge of beef between two slices of bread and slap on some horseraddish (and any leftover veg/gravy) and perhaps a dod of yorkshire pudding in with it ... slaver, slaver, slaver ...

Managed to wait until lunch, it was yummy. Thanks again for the reassurance that it would be OK.
