I need to start cooking more healthily and doing more exercise but have no time for either! I'm thinking a combination of batch cooking and freezing and prepping the night before and using a slow cooker might help me out because then I'll be able to get some exercise in once I've got the kids to bed which is the time I normally cook and then eat straight away afterwards.
I'm struggling to find any healthy / low fat recipes that work for freezer / slow cooker. There is the obvious lasagne for freezer meals but I'm lost for other ideas.
I'd be grateful if anyone could recommend a recipe book or any recipes that would work for me?
Many thanks!
