I have a delia smith one but it takes forever and lots of faff

anyone got any 'cheat' versions or anything similar to this that I can be bothered to make after being at work?

TIA

buy the ready-filled tubes of ricotta/spinach cannelloni in waitrose & pour over your own/their tomato sauce & sprinkle cheese?

Fairyfly · 26/05/2004 11:38

Why does it take forever and what is the faff?

SoupDragon · 26/05/2004 11:40

I've done it by blending spinach, ricotta cheese and seasoning, stuffing it in the canneloni tubes and pouring over cheese/tomato sauce. Is this wrong??

Also works well with ricotta cheese, tinned tuna plus paprika and seasonings.

Mix Frozen spinach (thawed in the microwave) with Ricotta chees - stuff in bought pasta or roll up in home made pancakes. Pour over a pasta sauce jar, add cheese and bake for 30 mins

Obviously I mean ricotta cheese and I forgot to say add ground nutmeg and black papper

they sell the pre-stuffed tubes in Waitrose.
