Some sort of microwave sponge pudding?
Rice pudding?

do you have fruit? A crumble is easy and quick. Butter sugar and flour.

nice icecream.....scoop it into espresso cups and back into the freezer with it and then you pour espresso over it...affogato is it? something fancy in italian

toothpaste and cocoa...swoosh around mouth for fake aftereight experience.

I make this sponge pudding in individual plastic lidded pudding basins, with choc or jam in the bottom.
