Meatballs ...how many is a portion ?

just that .....
They are not gigantic meatballs, they're just your average run of the mill size .
I know I could eat 8 , but I'm talking would 5 be enough ?
There are 24 meatballs in a pack and there are 5 of us.....

I run between five and seven. Bulk out with veg and pasta/ mash

In that scenario I'd do six, but that's because there's two of us so it makes sense then freeze the rest.
