Easter cake

I have a sudden urge to make a beautiful Easter cake with dd (10). Something pretty and Spring-like that has a bit of a "wow" factor, but nothing too challenging as I'm not an expert baker by any stretch of the imagination!

Can anyone link to a nice recipe for me? TIA!

I made this speckled Easter cake which was quite straightforward despite the annoying cup measures.
You could make a choc Victoria sandwich cake and cover with buttercream instead - then go mad with the decoration?
